from a situation. Employees will be offered ways to deal with conflict head-on,
both
in a team environment and on a one-on-one basis. These methods help managers
develop improved communication skills resulting in a more productive work
environment.
It can also assist them through sensitive, and at times difficult, face-to-face
employee evaluations.
Presentation
Skills – offers several clear and concise methods of
preparing and delivering a presentation. Statistics show that 90% of the population
is
afraid of public speaking. This workshop examines ways of dealing with this
fear and provides the presenter with tips and techniques on how to deliver
an
effective presentation.
These workshops
are offered as half day or full day courses, or can be tailored to a less formal
lunchtime learning or “brown bag” session.
